Job Profile:

 

• Building a strong and relevant prospect pipeline and track through CRM as per company norms.

• Acquire new clients on consistent basis.

• Looking after sales of assigned area.

• To be aware of market developments, Track competitions.

• To deliver on the assigned budget on quarterly and annual basis.

• Establish network of active and result oriented distributors in the territory.

• Deep understanding of relevant market.

• Negotiate with customers on techno commercials, balancing organizational objectives & client satisfaction.

• Active prospecting through net, client references, in bound queries, exhibition contacts and cold calling for personal target.

• Identify the needs and present the value proposition of our solutions to the client.

• To negotiate and close orders successfully.

• Updating and using CRM on daily basis

    B. Educational Qualification:

    • Any Graduate

    • BSc/ BE/ Btech / MBA Preferred

     

    Key Competencies:

    • B2B/ industrial/ project sales experience- 3-5 years.
    • Experience in STP /ETP/ water & pump industry preferred
    • Customer management.
    • Distributor Management
    • Willing to travel min 15-18 days in a month.
    • Fluent in English and local language
