Sunil Uplap, founded TANCLEAN (Now renamed as Shubham Acqualink (India) Pvt Ltd (SAIPL) in early 2000. A First Generation Entrepreneur – Mechanical Engineer, and having an industry experience of over 33 years, TANCLEAN™, was conceived and developed to become the World’s Largest Professional and Scientific Drinking Water Tank Cleaning System. As Managing Director of Shubham Acqualink (India) Pvt. Ltd, he leads a team of highly dedicated professionals which provides total Water storage solutions in India and the SAARC Countries, as part of the diversified activities. As a part of Shubham Acqualink growth plan which is dedicated to specialized and never-thought-before products and services for the betterment and protection of our environment, Sunil Uplap quickly diversified into water related applications which had severe challenges in India. Recipient of the “Sankalp Award 2009” as the best Social Enterprise in the Healthcare Sector. The company has also been adjudged with the “Best Franchisor Award” three times in a row in Service based Franchise opportunity, and also the Essential Services Award on a National platform.

Sumit Raina, CEO

Sumit Raina is a Sales and Marketing professional with approx. 25 years of experience. Over his professional journey Sumit has worked in regional, national and international leadership roles with companies like Diversey India, General Mills, Parker pens, Onida and Raymond.

A graduate of Delhi University, Sumit has done his PGDBM from IMT Ghaziabad followed by Executive Program in Leadership Management from IIM – kolkata. Sumit has rich experience in B2B and B2C industries including launching and scaling up new businesses, building successful go to market strategy, leading the S&OP function, and handling multi-country/ multi-cultural teams across South East Asia.

Dr. K. K. Nohria, Advisory Member

Dr. Kewal Krishan Nohria has over 50 years’ experience in electrical and electronics industry. He served as managing director of Crompton Greaves Ltd. since 1985 and has been associated with them since 1978. He later went on to serve as chairman of Crompton Greaves Ltd., from 1997 to 2004. Dr. Nohria is actively associated with a wide range of organizations covering businesses, industry associations and educational institutions- serving as a director of Pradeep Metals Limited, Maini Precision Products Private Limited, director of Grow Talent Company Ltd , director of Igarashi Motors India Ltd, director of Jolly Board, former chairman of TIET (Thapar Institute of Engg Technology) University and former chairman NRBPT (National Board Of Registration & Training of Personnel) under QCI (Quality Council of India). He is recipient of various awards including the Golden Key Award for Value Engineering, the Lifetime HRD Achievement Award and Best Corporate Manager of the Year Award. He was awarded an Honorary D. Litt. degree from Benares Hindu University.

A. V. Suresh, Advisory Member

A.V. Suresh, is a Cartwright Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from University of Madras (1978) and an alumni of India’s premier Management institute- IIM Calcutta. (1981 ) In a career spanning more than 35 years, Suresh had held many leadership roles in Eureka Forbes Limited (CEO), and FACIT Asia. He has made significant contribution in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, HR and IT as business and divisional head and also in International Operations. In his last role before retiring in 2017, Suresh was the CEO, Forbes Pro & International Operations at Eureka Forbes Ltd. He is a trustee in Tandarust Bharat Foundation and Founder & Managing Trustee of Avanti Foundation working on skill development, empowerment and creating livelihoods for women.
